Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for requesting and receiving refunds for services provided by Creative Solutions Lab (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the website creative-solutions-lab.com (the “Website”). By purchasing services from us, you agree to be bound by this policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
We strive to provide high-quality services to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with the services you have received, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

- The services provided do not meet the specifications outlined in the agreement or description provided on the Website.

- The services are significantly delayed beyond the agreed-upon timeframe.

- The services cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control.

On the off chance that demand for refund is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, then you would qualify for a full refund (less 10% administration and preparing charge).

No refund will be provided after more than 3 revisions or once the script is finalized, which ever come first.

2. Refund Procedure
To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the services. You can do so by emailing us at [email protected] and providing details of your purchase and the reason for your refund request.
Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the information provided and assess whether you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in this policy. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is not available, we may issue the refund by alternative means, such as bank transfer or check.
In case of refund approval, the client will get his amount credited back within next 10-15 Business Days
4. No Refund Exceptions
Please note that certain services may be non-refundable, as indicated at the time of purchase or in the service agreement. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or misuse of our services.

Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do
not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
It is also
to be noted that, under any circumstances, both parties (Creative Solutions Lab & Client) agree not to attack/criticize each other and any of its employee,associate/s or partner/s publicly (on public forums, blogs, social networks etc.) at any given time during or subsequent to contract period. Similarly both parties agree not to talk on forums, blogs, community groups or any social
media in a way which brings bad name to either party or any of its employee, associate or partner. In case of breach, the breaching party would have to pay a reasonable compensation decided by the non-breaching party as damages.
No refund
will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
